By accessing or using Jengo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Jengo is operated by Jengoke Solutions, registered in Kenya. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
Jengo is a property management platform that enables landlords to manage properties, tenants, leases, and payments. The platform supports payment recording and reconciliation, landlord-provided payment instructions, tenant communications, document generation, and financial record preparation.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately at info@jengohq.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Jengo does not receive, hold, custody, or transfer rent, deposits, utilities, service charges, or other property funds on behalf of landlords or tenants. Property payments are made directly to payment destinations provided by the landlord, property manager, agency, company, or other account owner. Jengo may record, reconcile, confirm, and report those transactions using information received from users or third-party payment services. Jengo only receives payments that are owed directly to Jengo, such as subscription or Jengo service fees. Jengo is not a bank or financial institution.
You are responsible for ensuring that all data you enter on the platform is accurate, including tenant information and financial records. You agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable Kenyan laws, including the Rent Restriction Act and the Income Tax Act.
You may not use Jengo to harass tenants, submit false information to any government authority, or engage in any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
We strive to keep Jengo available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
